This policy is published on our website and can be consulted at the hotel reception, where you can request a copy to keep.

In general, the fields in our forms that are indicated as obligatory must be filled in in order to process your requests.

Who is responsible for processing your data?

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

The data we process is the data we collect:

  • The forms you fill in and the requests you make, for example, your reservations or requests for services.
  • Of the information provided for the hiring of our services.
  • Information generated by the provision of these services.

All these data are provided either directly by you or by third parties who process requests on your behalf, for example, the travel agency that has booked your stay.

The categories of data we treat typically consist of:

  • Identifying data.
  • Personal data.
  • Contact data, postal and electronic addresses.
  • Financial and transaction data.
  • Data related to the reservation and generated by the stay

What will we process your data for?           

Your data will be treated for the provision of requested services, management of your stay, administrative and economic management, compliance with our legal obligations, improving the quality of our services and for sending commercial communications.

To whom can we communicate your data?

We will only communicate your data by legal obligation or when it is necessary for the provision of the requested services. For example, in the event that your reservation contains ancillary services provided by third party providers or that the availability request you make affects such services, the personal data necessary for the processing of that reservation / request for availability, will be communicated to the relevant providers, only for this purpose.

If you have so authorized at the time of check-in, we will put you in contact with whoever tries to locate you asked by you at reception.

In accordance with current legislation on the protection of public safety, we are obliged to communicate information about your stay to the State Security Forces.

Legal basis for treatment.

The treatment of your data is based on the execution of the contract of lodging or services and the fulfillment of our legal obligations, in particular of the Law 8/2012, of 19 of July, of the tourism of the Balearic Islands and other tourist regulations, of the Organic Law 4/2015, of 30 of March, of protection of the citizen security and of its regulation of development and of the accounting and fiscal regulation.

The carrying out of quality statistics and surveys is based on our legitimate interest in the evaluation of our services. The sending of our commercial communications is based on our legitimate interest in promoting our products or services, as well as on your consent to receive such communications by electronic means.

How long will we retain your data? 

Your data will be kept for the duration of your relationship with us and, in any case, for the periods stipulated in the applicable legal provisions and for the time necessary to attend to possible responsibilities arising from the processing. We will cancel your data when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which they were collected. In accordance with current regulations, we keep the registration books of travellers who stay at our establishment for three years from the date of the last of the registration sheets that make them up. The data processed for commercial purposes will be kept in force as long as the deletion is not requested.

What are your rights?

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access them.  You may also request that your data be corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete, or that it be deleted if, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, you may request limitation of the processing of your data. In such a case, we will only process the data concerned for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims or with a view to protecting the rights of others. Under certain conditions and on grounds relating to your particular situation, you may also object to the processing of your data. In this case, we will stop processing the data except for compelling legitimate reasons that prevail over your interests or rights and freedoms, or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims. You may also, under certain conditions, request the portability of your data to be transmitted to another data controller.

You can revoke the consent you have given for certain purposes, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to withdrawal, and file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
